Description: Publisher’s navy cloth, upper board and spine lettered in gilt, original plain glassine dust-wrapper (protected in Mylar). Octavo: 19 × 12 cm; pp. xiv, 152, [1]ll. Illustrated throughout.

Condition: A faint visible discoloration on the upper board. Apart from that in near fine condition.

Notes: This edition includes twelve essays written by Dwiggins on design and typography from earlier years. Designed by Dwiggins. Preface and notes by Watson Gordon. Afterword by Paul A. Bennett.
