Notes: Herbert Leupin (1916–1999) is probably one of the most famous poster artists in Switzerland. Known and notorious for his stubbornness, he successfully defied all fashion trends and always remained true to himself. But also to his customers. Elitism is not his aim. Rather, it is the simple, everyday products that he puts in the picture. And he sweetens this everydayness with humour, visual wit and bright colours.
